HuMn® Global Limited Lifetime Warranty & Free Replacement
We are proud of the materials and workmanship that goes into each HuMn® Wallet, and we stand behind all of our products and accessories. However, we also know that on occasion there could be a defect that finds a way through our quality control measures.
Free Replacement (pay S&H only)**
We get that life happens. We also get that you don't want to be without your HuMn® Wallet when lost, stolen or damaged (workmanship related)...we've been there. Should this happen and you're the original owner, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a new replacement HuMn® Wallet through our warranty program. Please include the model/color and we'll ship it out to you after payment for S&H of $9.99 (est) is received. (We will send a separate email billing once we're notified of your claim)

HuMn® branded products (excluding HuMn® Shock Straps and clearance items) are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
HuMn® Shock Straps and clearance items are covered by a one year warranty that protects the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
If the HuMn® branded product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors (paint/finish/chips/dents) and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

This warranty is available in the United States and Canada. Other international warranty claims will require pre-paid return postage. All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured as HuMn® Design cannot be liable for lost packages..

The Fine Print
With such a crazy strong warranty program the following terms apply: Qualification for this program is at HuMn Wallet's sole discretion and may require additional items (photos, etc) when/if applicable to review and approve the request. HuMn Wallet reserves the right to deny any request for warranty coverage or to recommend a different course of action.

The following information will help us process your warranty claim. Expect to hear back from us within 2-3 business days after receiving your request. Warranty claims require a Web Order Number, a 4 or 5 digit number which can be found on the original invoice or on the email received when placing the original order.
