Shipping

  • All orders will ship in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays/weekends.
  • You will receive an automated tracking information via email once your order has been processed for shipping.

*Estimated shipping days are based on USPS timetables to the country's customs and/or postal office. Due to possible delays by customs and/or local postal office in your country, we cannot guarantee delivery times and/or reimburse for expedited shipping costs if/when there are delays out of our control.
  
*All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
 

Warranty

Every HuMn Wallet purchased from our website or any authorized retailer comes with a limited LIFETIME warranty*

*HuMn® Shock Straps, clearance items, "blems" and the MINI-PC (Polycarbonate) wallets are covered by a one year warranty that protects the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

If the HuMn® branded product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors (paint/finish/chips/dents) and materials over extended time and use.

This warranty is available in the United States and Canada. Other international warranty claims will require pre-paid return postage. All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured as HuMn® Design cannot be liable for lost packages..
